Key Responsibilities

 

  • Analyze current IT systems and business processes to identify areas for improvement.

  • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.

  • Design and propose technical solutions, system modifications, or new systems to meet business needs.

  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements and solutions.

  • Develop test plans and coordinate system testing and quality assurance activities.

  • Provide post-implementation support and documentation.

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a closely related field.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Basic understanding of system development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management principles.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
